Leadership Comes to Life, One Story at a Time
50 concise stories, countless takeaways.

My Story
Aaron Patience writes from experience, not theory. With 30 years of leading teams and building people, he has seen that leadership takes shape in the decisions you make, the pressure you carry, and the way you show up when others are counting on you. His debut book, Leadership Impact, draws from those real-world moments, offering lessons that are personal, practical, and built to stick. It is written for anyone guiding others through uncertainty, change, or growth from early-career leaders to seasoned executives.

Aaron’s stories are direct and reflective. They come from the field, not from a formula. He writes with clarity and purpose, helping readers connect with the parts of leadership that are hard to teach but critical to get right. His approach encourages reflection, forward movement, and the kind of leadership people remember.

Based in South Florida, Aaron is a husband and father of three. Leadership Impact is the first in a growing series designed to help others lead with care, confidence, and purpose.

A Quick Welcome from Me

from Concept to cover
Patience Publishing House was established to support the creation and release of original written work — from planning and content creation to design coordination and distribution.
We work with trusted partners for editing, formatting, and cover design, ensuring each project is handled with care and professionalism.
The Patience Foundation is now active and serves as a way for our family to contribute meaningfully to the community. At our official launch event on July 26, 2025, Jake Patience, Executive Director, made our inaugural donation to Camillus House, reflecting our commitment to thoughtful, personal giving.
All contributions will remain self-funded by our family and supported, in part, through proceeds from Leadership Impact and future titles.
Let who you are, not just what you do,
leave the lasting impression.
